There is No Place Like Home and Georgias Not Even Close.

So I miss home

A whole lot

Can't you see why?

I am afraid this is all I can write tonight. I have been avoiding writing a post for awhile now. But I have a good reason and that is, I have not felt like posting. End of story for now.

Late Start

School is scheduled to commence tomorrow September 15'th and I have very little idea about what I will be doing. My thought this morning is, schools back home have been in full swing for a month now and we are just starting. The other thought is, that the first few weeks of school (in Georgia) are really just a warm up session and only after this two week period will we really commence lessons. My goal is to in some ways go along with this warm up period, while in others go against this. In my personal endeavors I will try to be productive, creative, and motivated. We will see how this goal holds up.

My new place

These have brightened my apartment so much! Thank you guys so much.
They are the most beautiful works of art I could want.

My special things from home

Where I sleep. The doors go out to a balcony but its got bared metal doors that have not been unlocked yet. The view is the road and neighboring houses.

Chailuri

Watermelons are in season and they are so delicious!
This is Brian's friend Waho, he speaks English very well.
We went to the swimming hole in the village. Years ago someone's great grandfather dug it out. You can see the dried up river behind us.

Here we are the three amigos!

This is the castle of Patara Chailuri. It is said that there is a tunnel that runs from it to a neighbouring town, but no one knows where it is any more.
I wish I could find it.
The king and Queen:)
